The sea is the ever-present backdrop to most of our 25 en suite rooms that offer the perfect place to unwind and relax in complete comfort. Enjoy panoramic views of Penzance Harbour and across Long Rock beach to the iconic St Michael’s Mount in Marazion, with interiors inspired by these beautiful seascapes.
All our tastefully refreshed rooms have en suite bathrooms, soft sheets and complement calm, graceful Laura Ashley-inspired décor, while many enjoy uninterrupted sea views. Some are dog-friendly, whilst others have enough space for all the family. Additional beds and/or cots can be added upon prior request.
Breakfast in bed? No problem, we’ll come to you - room service is available throughout your stay during our meal service times (7:15 – 10:00 and 14:30 – 21:00). From cosy doubles to superior sea views, our bedrooms are perfect for wave watching or cosy contemplation. The choice is yours.
Single (3 Types)
The perfect room for those travelling solo or as part of a group. Compact and bijoux but still equipped with all the luxuries. Although single, it is not standard, we have 3 single room types to choose from. We appreciate how important a good night’s rest is, so our singles are a little larger than the norm.
Cosy Double
Our Cosy Double rooms are situated on the first and second floor, offering sea views across Mount's Bay. They comprise of a small double bed, en-suite bath/shower room and large window to welcome in the fresh sea air. These rooms are light, stylish and designed to ‘bring the outside in’ with a delicate wash of duck egg and deep aquamarine notes.
Large Double or Twin
Comprising of a luxury double or twin bed. Although these rooms have no sea view, they are offset by the space and serenity on offer. Light floods through the large windows and the fresh sea breeze can be welcomed in.
Sea View Double
Contemporary double rooms can be found on the first and second floor with sea views across Mount’s Bay and Penzance harbour where you can watch the sunrise and the sea sports in the bay below.
Superior Sea View Double
Spacious contemporary or period styled rooms with sublime sea views from St Michael’s Mount to the Lizard Peninsula and front seats for the beautiful morning sunrise.
Superior Sea View Double or Twin
Spacious contemporary or period styled rooms with sublime sea views from St Michael’s Mount to the Lizard Peninsula and front seats for the beautiful morning sunrise. Two ground floor rooms have a wet room and two first floor rooms have walk-in drench showers. The remainder have a shower over bath.
